Edit the text in a PDF
Most PDF editors lay a new text box over the old words. Blueberry Shake rebuilds each page into real paragraphs first, so you change the paragraph itself and it rewraps in its own font.

How to edit the text in a PDF
- Open blueberryshakepdf.com and drop your PDF on the page, or choose Open document.
- Click into the paragraph you want to change and type, like in a word processor.
- Use the text tools for bold, italic, size, color and alignment if you need them.
- Choose Download to save the finished PDF to your device.
What you get
- Lines rewrap as you type, so a longer sentence pushes the rest of the paragraph down instead of overflowing.
- Text is written back in the document's embedded fonts. Missing letters are drawn in the closest of 260 built-in font families.
- Only what you edited is replaced. Untouched pages are copied from the original file as they are.
- Edited text stays real, selectable and searchable text.
Questions
Will the edited text match the rest of the page?
Yes. The paragraph keeps its font, size and color, because the editor writes back in the fonts embedded in the document.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scanned pages are rebuilt into real text with OCR first. See the guide on editing scanned PDFs.
Is there a watermark?
No. There is no watermark, no sign-up and no paywall at download.
