Privacy Policy
The short version: the PDFs and pictures you open in Blueberry Shake are edited in your browser and never sent to us. We only keep what an account needs if you buy premium templates: your email address and what you bought.
Who we are
Blueberry Shake (blueberryshakepdf.com) is run by Daniel Tzriker, Israel, who is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: [email protected].
Your documents
- Files you open, edit, convert, sign or save are processed on your own device, in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.
- Unfinished work and settings may be kept in your browser's own storage so they are there when you come back. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
What we collect, and why
You can use the editor and every free template without an account. An account is only needed to buy and open premium templates. Then we keep:
- Your email address, to identify your account and attach your purchases to it.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID and email address. We ask Google for nothing else: no name, contacts, files or other data.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We store only a scrambled fingerprint of it, never the cookie itself. Signing out ends it.
- Your orders: what you bought, the price, the date, its status (paid, refunded) and PayPal's reference number for the payment.
- Internet (IP) addresses, briefly, to count sign-in and checkout attempts so nobody can flood them. These counts are deleted within about a day.
We use this information only to run your account, deliver what you bought, handle refunds, prevent abuse and keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or send newsletters.
Who else is involved
- PayPal processes payments. You pay on PayPal's own page, so we never see your card or bank details. PayPal's privacy statement covers what it collects.
- Google, if you choose "Continue with Google", confirms who you are under Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and our database. Like any web host, it handles the technical data every visit involves, such as your IP address.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.
Cookies and tracking
The only cookie we set is the sign-in cookie above, and only after you sign in. There are no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How long we keep it, and deleting your account
We keep your account until you delete it. You can do that yourself at any time in My account, on the Account tab, under Delete account. It removes your email address, your Google link, your sign-in sessions and your access to purchases straight away. The order records stay, without your email address, because payments must remain in the accounts for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you think we got something wrong, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
Children
Accounts are for people aged 13 or over, or the minimum age in your country. Children can use the editor and free templates without an account.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update it here and change the date below. If a change matters for your account, we will tell you before it takes effect.
