Terms of Service

The short version: the editor and free templates are yours to use. Premium templates are a one-time purchase you can use for personal and business documents, and you can get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

Who we are

Blueberry Shake (blueberryshakepdf.com) is run by Daniel Tzriker, Israel ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using the editor

• The editor and the free templates cost nothing and need no account.
• Your documents stay yours. We claim no rights in anything you open or make.
• Only edit documents you have the right to change. Don't use Blueberry Shake to forge, mislead or break the law.

Accounts

An account is needed only to buy premium templates. Keep access to your email or Google account secure; whoever can sign in to it can use your purchases. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, such as attempts to break in, resell templates or defraud payments.

Buying premium templates

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are confirmed by our server at checkout. Discounts for buying several templates or a whole category are shown in the cart.
• Payment is one-time, through PayPal. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Purchases are delivered straight away: they appear in your account and open in the editor on any device you sign in on.

What you can do with templates

When you get a template, free or premium, you get a permanent, non-exclusive licence to:

• edit it and make as many documents from it as you like, for yourself, your business or your clients;
• print, share, send, publish and sell the finished documents you make, such as invitations, reports, flyers and worksheets.

You may not resell, share or give away the templates or their elements as templates: for example, as editable files, in a template shop or stock library, or bundled into another product that competes with Blueberry Shake. The licence is yours personally (or your organisation's) and can't be transferred.

Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked

If you're not happy with a purchase, email [email protected] from your account's address within 14 days and we will refund it in full to your PayPal account. Refunded templates are removed from your account. After 14 days, if something is broken or not as described, write to us anyway and we'll make it right.

Templates are starting points, not advice

Templates such as contracts, legal letters, medical or psychological forms, budgets and financial workbooks are examples to adapt. They are not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Check that a document suits your situation and the law where you are, and ask a qualified professional when it matters.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Blueberry Shake reliable, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Always keep a copy of your important files. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date below and don't take away anything you have already bought.
